• Spark your buyer's imagination. Set the table for dinner, light the fireplace, and add some fresh flowers to the decor.
• Fix minor repairs. Even the small things can detract from the value of your home. (ie: leaking faucets)
• Don't be too unique. Keep the decor simple with neutral colours.
• Keep your neighbourhood in mind when renovating. Buyers looking at moderately priced homes won't be able to afford luxury finishes.
